Join our team as a Performance Manager, where youll play a crucial role in supporting the Group with intra-group commitments. Your primary objective will be to ensure clear oversight of regulatory requirements related to intra-group arrangements and effectively integrate these into tools and reports. You will drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes, focusing on compliance and customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across countries.
You will be a part of an international team based in Denmark, Norway, Lithuania and India.

You will:
- Monitor and track contract activities, including performance and milestones, and provide regular updates and reports to management
- Ensure oversight of tooling used for managing agreements and contracts, collaborating with technical teams to optimise systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with regulations, collaborating with legal and other departments to update and refine necessary templates
- Act as the main point of contact for any changes to agreement requirements, coordinating communication and collaboration between various stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory changes are reflected in reports, accurately implemented and reflected in documentation

About you:
- Proven experience in contract management and oversight within a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to inter-group and internal service transfers
- Ability to understand customer needs and create value for customers
- Flexibility in responding to rising demand
- Capacity to drive improvements, challenge existing practices, and discover innovative approaches
- Efficient cross-department collaboration and alignment skills, with the ability to build relationships and set demands
- Proactive and ownership-taking team member, capable of working independently without supervision
- Advanced English skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3280 EUR to 4920 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
