Ingka Investments is now seeking to recruit an IT Solution Owner for Forestry Systems.

You're experienced in managing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and aligning cross-country teams around common goals. Your technical fluency allows you to work effectively with development teams, while your communication skills ensure clarity and collaboration. You're proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and confident in navigating complexity and change. This role aims to develop a forestry asset management solution for the Baltic countries initially and then to other countries. This role will also be responsible for GIS analysis, as well as the creation and maintenance of GIS dashboards. This role will implement the required solutions with the help of external service providers, the internal business team, and the internal IKEA IT organization. The goal is to provide the best solution to support the business to gain operational efficiency and to provide the best business analytics to support business decisions.
