Job description

The company's factories in Lithuania are located in the Kaunas district and Jonava, with showrooms in Kaunas and Vilnius. As the company continues to grow, it is looking for a Sales Representative for the Vilnius market to further strengthen the Wilbergs brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent and sell a well-established, premium-quality brand of wooden flooring and parquet products.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities to expand the companys sales footprint across Lithuania.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, end customers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from initial contact to closing the deal and ensuring a smooth post-sale process.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and contacts, building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process and the critical role of each stage.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with both existing and new contacts.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales situations, including reaching hard-to-access contacts and identifying next steps when client interest is low.
  • Experience in the construction sector and an existing network within the industry considered a significant advantage.
  • Excellent proficiency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Confident user of MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
