In this position you will:

Draft, review and negotiate agreements (IaaS, SLA, NDA, distribution, private label supply, licensing, DP, IT procurement, loan and other financing agreements) and other legal documents (C&D letters, claims)
Consult colleagues and handle legal processes (e.g., GDPR, IP, IT, general compliance issues, corporate, competition and employment law)
Support patent attorneys with IP registration procedures
Draft and/ or review internal corporate documents and other legal documents and ensure their compliance
Conduct legal analysis on legal topics
Prepare and deliver trainings to colleagues on GDPR topics
Prepare and update GDPR documents (legitimate interest balancing tests, records of processing activities, DPIA, register of data breaches, etc.)
Coordinate with subsidiaries legal teams

We are looking for a colleague who has:

University degree in Law
3+ years of legal experience
Proven track record in GDPR
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and be highly organized
Excellent written and oral negotiation and communication skills
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages

It would be an advantage if you have:

Knowledge in corporate law, IP, IT, or product liability
