We are looking for a Business Controller to join our new team in Vilnius.

Responsibilities:

Period end closing and validation
Cash flow, P&L / BS analysis
Preparation of monthly reports and key financials analysis actuals review vs budget and forecast
Maintain annual budget according to local finance forecast. Provide needed support and analysis
Monitoring of performance and business KPIs
Maintain, develop, and implement internal controls and financial policies
Support business in finance processes, maintain value-adding relationships with them
Identify opportunities for process improvement regarding quality and control
Provide financial guidance to related parties
Participate in projects and new tools development

Requirements

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or similar business degree
2-5 years of relevant experience
Customer service mindset, problem solving skills
Strong analytical mindset
Fast learner
Flexibility in adapting to fast-paced environment and changes
High level of responsibility, detail-orientation
Teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization
Excellent communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English
SAP and other accounting software and databases experience would be an advantage
