Would you like to support with planning and managing practicalities on larger executive event and meeting chains for selected leaders across T&S for Personal and Business Customers (P&BC)? Do you enjoy being responsible for ensuring an updated and optimized process, support with travel bookings and managing the daily tasks in general? Are you structured, yet manage to work in an everchanging environment with multiple priorities on Leadership agendas and supporting with key meetings and events? Then come join the Planning team of the COO area for Personal and Business Customers of Danske Bank and be part of releasing potential in people and businesses!
You will be joining our Planning team, where we currently have 9 highly skilled professionals. Our team is part of Business Management & Transformation (BM&T) within the Technology & Services Personal & Business Customer unit (T&S P&BC).

You will:
- Be a part of the team that Enables the P&BC leadership team. This is done by supporting, coordinating, and driving the Strategic agenda to empower the leadership team
- Support organizational transformation within our people and culture agenda
- Assist with communication skills, focusing on strategic internal communication, events, and change communication
- Leverage synergies and enhance cooperation within Business Management & Transformation (BM&T) and the rest of the value chain by maintaining and proactively providing transparency of current and future projects and deliveries
- Support various leaders and colleagues by ensuring meeting bookings, travel arrangements, catering, and other practicalities for executive events and meetings
- Coordinate initiatives such as leader gatherings, steering committees, country visits, and other gatherings both online and face-to-face
About you:
- Are purpose-oriented and driven to unleash potential through the tasks you do and the relations you build
- Have great stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels
- Are structured and have great planning abilities from a waterfall as well as from an agile perspective
- Have a relevant degree and background, e.g. from a similar management support team, a planning unit, or maybe as a personal assistant
- Have great communication skills in Danish and advanced English, both verbally and in written
- Have a particular interest in keeping structures across multiple strategic agendas and priorities across several matrix structures
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2400 EUR to 3600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
