Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

ARE YOU READY TO?

• Act as final level 3 escalation point for complex Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, M365, Servers, Network incidents and problems. Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes;
  
• Design, implement, and maintain a resilient Azure AD (Entra ID) tenant, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, MFA, and SSO integrations;
  
• Automate routine identity tasks through PowerShell / Microsoft Graph;
  
• Roll out and tune Purview Information Protection labels, DLP policies;
  
• Mitigate vulnerabilities, coordinate penetration-test remediations and lead technical response to security incidents;
  
• Manage changes, small projects.

 

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• 5+ years in IT with at least 1 year providing Level 3 support for Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) and Microsoft 365;
  
• Proven experience designing and administering a secure, highly-available Azure AD tenant;
  
• PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripting skills strong enough to automate reporting tasks;
  
• Windows Server 2016-2022 administration (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy), solid understanding of core networking (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, VPN);
  
• Demonstrated track record leading incident response & root-cause analysis;
  
• Familiarity with change- and release-management frameworks (ITIL or similar) and the ability to run multiple small projects concurrently;
  
• Working knowledge of zero-trust principles, least-privilege access. CIS or NIST hardening benchmarks would be benefit;
  
• Clear, confident communicator able to translate technical risk into business language for stakeholders at all levels;
  
• Structured problem-solver with strong documentation habits;
  
• Self-starter who thrives in agile, fast-moving environments and mentors L1/L2 colleagues.
