Due to our growth ambitions, we seek a talented Partner Sales Manager (Car Financing) to join our Vilnius office.
As a Partner Sales Manager (Car Financing), you will play a key role in expanding our partner network, managing existing relationships, and driving sales growth in the Vilnius and Kaunas regions. Each day, you'll connect with our partners face-to-face, build trust, and make sure they feel supported and valued. To succeed in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for active engagement throughout the sales process.
What will you be doing?
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing Inbank partners, including car dealerships, car lots, and automotive service providers.
- Taking end-to-end responsibility for the sales cycle, from prospecting to finalising agreements.
- Meeting individual sales targets while supporting broader team objectives.
- Actively researching, identifying, and evaluating potential growth opportunities and strategic partnerships to boost sales within the Vilnius and Kaunas regions.
- Tracking market trends, competitor strategies, and evolving customer needs to ensure our product remains both relevant and compelling.
- Working closely with internal teams, including customer support, risk, and marketing, to ensure seamless onboarding and strong partner satisfaction.
Ideally, you would have:
- At least 3 years of proven previous experience as a Partner Sales Manager or in a similar B2B sales role (experience in the leasing or automotive sectors is considered a plus).
- Ability to analyse market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong time management skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
- Driving licence.
