Qualifications that will make you successful:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics or relevant studies
  • 3-5 years of work experience in technical sales is required. Experience with renewable energy developers, power system operator s, medium or high voltage products, relay protection or similar solutions would be advantage
  • Fluent Lithuanian, Business English
  • You are Resilient, Customer Oriented and Proactive
  • Have excellent Collaboration, Negotiating and Networking skills
  • B category driving license

What you will do:

  • Influence the market and understand customers requirements follow market trends in
energy segment, detect and qualify projects, promote and sell Schneider Electric
solutions.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationship with targeted End Customers (renewables, system operators other energy intense customers and partners in Lithuania to meet sales
objectives
  • Lead promotional actions and presentations to end users, energy contractors and design
offices, detect and follow main projects, prepare offers and close the sales.
  • In collaboration with colleagues follow execution of projects and meet agreed contractual agreements.
