About the Role
As our Client Onboarding and Support Manager, you will lead the journey for new clients from the moment they sign on, through smooth onboarding, to ongoing support that ensures satisfaction and long-term success. Youll work cross-functionally with sales, product, compliance, and operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience, build loyal partnerships, and help drive automation and efficiency across onboarding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Monitor and improve customer onboarding activities, including reviewing customer information and verifying due diligence and KYC documents before handover to the AML unit
- Develop tailored onboarding plans and timelines for clients
- Provide hands-on support and training to clients on our products and services
- Take responsibility for automating and streamlining the customer onboarding process to improve efficiency and scalability
- Serve as the main point of contact for client questions and issues
- Identify and escalate challenges early to prevent churn
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding processes and client outcomes
- Track and report on onboarding success metrics and client satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for the onboarding process, including compliance, AML, and KYC
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow customer narratives to understand their point of view and find workable solutions to their issues.
- Proven background in building and leading high-performing teams
- Experience with process automation or digital transformation in client onboarding is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- A proactive, client-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellence
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian; knowledge Russian would be an advantage
