We are looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist to assist our partners with procurement-related queries and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

What Youll Do:

Administer orders and product data in the ERP system; upload and manage documentation
Ensure smooth supply chain operations: ensure the accuracy of relevant information and data, track orders, monitor supply, ensure on-time deliveries, and handle import documentation
Coordinate and collect technical specifications for components with the R&D and Innovation teams
Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding defects, quality issues, and arrange compensation in case of discrepancies
Evaluate suppliers and collaborate with existing and new partners
Cooperate daily with the production, product development, logistics, and finance teams
Make sure all stakeholders have the latest and most up-to-date information, and maintain timely communication

What We Expect:

Higher education (degree in logistics, management, engineering, or similar is an advantage)
At least 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, quality management, and/or process management
Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo, Netsuite is a plus)
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Teamwork, responsibility, proactivity, and strong attention to detail
