About the Role

What your mission with us will encompass:

Independently manage and oversee a wide range of advanced financial and accounting processes.
Perform daily and month-end closing tasks in accordance with timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Ensure clear, timely communication with stakeholders; escalate issues as needed.
Take ownership of GL services and account reconciliations; identify errors, risks, and propose process improvements.
Support, mentor, and delegate tasks within the team to drive efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Prepare financial statements, corporate income tax returns, and ad-hoc reports with limited supervision.
Act as a key contributor to system and process development, including participation in local and global projects.
Lead documentation reviews and support audit activities as required.

About You

Something that will help you excel in this role:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting with advanced knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations.
Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) and record-to-report (R2R) processes.
Proficiency in SAP and professional working knowledge of English (B2+).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
Experience working in cross-cultural or international environments.
German, Finnish, or Swedish language skills are a plus.
