About the Role
What your mission with us will encompass:
- Independently manage and oversee a wide range of advanced financial and accounting processes.
- Perform daily and month-end closing tasks in accordance with timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure clear, timely communication with stakeholders; escalate issues as needed.
- Take ownership of GL services and account reconciliations; identify errors, risks, and propose process improvements.
- Support, mentor, and delegate tasks within the team to drive efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Prepare financial statements, corporate income tax returns, and ad-hoc reports with limited supervision.
- Act as a key contributor to system and process development, including participation in local and global projects.
- Lead documentation reviews and support audit activities as required.
About You
Something that will help you excel in this role:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting with advanced knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) and record-to-report (R2R) processes.
- Proficiency in SAP and professional working knowledge of English (B2+).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Experience working in cross-cultural or international environments.
- German, Finnish, or Swedish language skills are a plus.
