VOLKSWAGEN COMMERCIAL VEHICLES HEAD OF SALES BALTIC STATES

to be responsible for driving growth of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in Baltic car market.

• Plan how to penetrate the Baltic new car market and realize its maximum potential
• Play the leading role in the commercial vehicles market
• Agree on annual targets with the factory and tertial targets with the dealer network
• Support dealers and partners in sales activity planning
• Deliver sales volume and profit targets
• Analyze the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results
• Plan and execute new product market launches
• Develop and coordinate the execution of the sales strategy
• Introduce the Retail Excellence Coaching program to the dealer network
• Implement the fleet and direct sales strategy and ensure strong partnerships with financial services providers
• Lead the Sales team

• A good understanding of the automotive business
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Experience in a managerial position
• Proven sales and negotiation skills
• Drive and motivation to grow sales figures
• Excellent customer service capabilities
