We are looking for a self-driven Sourcing Manager to join Luminors Procurement team. This is a role responsible for leading sourcing initiatives, managing indirect spend categories, and supporting third party management activities across the Baltics. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and contribute to building a more strategic, value-driven procurement function.

What You Will Do:

•  Drive end-to-end sourcing processes for indirect categories, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting
• Manage key category strategies to deliver long-term value, cost optimization, and risk mitigation
• Support third party lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance management, and exit processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to understand needs, align sourcing strategies, and influence decisions
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing tools, processes, and templates
• Maintain proper documentation in the Central Registry and ensure readiness per internal requirements

What We Expect: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in indirect sourcing and/or category management
• Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, category strategy, and outsourcing practices
• Experience working in matrix organizations and managing diverse stakeholders
• Experience in sourcing tools and systems
• High ethical standards
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential due to cross-Baltic collaboration
