Requirements for candidates

Minimum 4 years experience in PR or communications, with at least 2 years in crypto, Web3, or fintech sectors.
Proven success securing media coverage in top-tier publications such as Bloomberg, Forbes, CoinDesk, Financial Times, or TechCrunch.
Strong existing relationships with journalists and editors in crypto and fintech industries.
Demonstrated experience managing executive-level speaking and podcast opportunities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
Experience managing PR budgets, agencies, and reporting processes.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
Bonus: Experience in content marketing or investor relations communications.

Strategic thinker capable of aligning PR initiatives with business goals and evolving market trends.

Job description

Develop and implement a comprehensive PR plan aligned with company's growth strategy, brand vision, and news cycle.
Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 journalists, editors, podcast hosts, and event organizers in crypto, fintech, tech, and mainstream business media.
Pitch compelling story ideas and breaking news to secure high-quality media coverage in top publications.
Create and manage media materials, including press releases, executive quotes, messaging frameworks, and talking points.
Identify and secure speaking, podcast, webinar, and fireside chat opportunities for company's executives at industry-leading events.
Prepare speaker submissions, briefing documents, and assist executives in preparation for public appearances.
Support product launches, company milestones, and strategic initiatives with tailored PR campaigns.
Monitor brand sentiment and media coverage; manage communication responses during potential issues or crises.
Oversee relationships with PR agencies and external consultants, ensuring accountability and alignment with KPIs.
Track and report on PR performance metrics such as earned media volume, share of voice, backlinks, and executive visibility.
