Your key responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices.
Serving as the primary point of contact for Accounts Receivable (AR) related inquiries.
Managing cash application processes to ensure the correct application of all cash receipts.
Monitoring accounts to identify and escalate outstanding debts when necessary.
Documenting and updating work procedures to maintain efficiency.
Actively collaborate across departments to ensure accurate data submission in partnership with commercial team.
Contributing to the optimization of accounting processes.
Maintaining organized customer files.
Assisting with month-end closing procedures and preparing monthly AR reports and reconciliations.
