Requirements for candidates

3+ years of sales experience within brokerage firms, investment companies, or related industries, with a strong preference for B2C sales;
Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products, particularly stocks, bonds, ETFs, and basic options strategies;
Ability to explain financial concepts and investment products in a clear and client-friendly manner;
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality;
Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Nice to Have

Existing network within the local investment or financial community;
Relevant financial certifications or ongoing professional education.

Job description

Freedom24 is the investment platform of the international financial company Freedom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FRHC), serving over 400,000 clients worldwide in the investment brokerage sector. Clients have access to more than one million investment products – from bonds and stocks to funds and options.

We are growing dynamically and continuously expanding our presence across Europe – with a current focus on the Lithuanian market. To strengthen our team in Vilnius, we are looking for a dedicated Investment Advisor who will help us build long-term client relationships and actively contribute to our business development in the region.

Responsibilities:

Working with clients: attracting new clients to the company and developing relationships with existing ones;
Communicate with clients on a daily basis, identify their investment interests and needs, and provide tailored product guidance accordingly;
Keep clients informed about market developments, economic events, and relevant investment opportunities;
Support clients throughout their investment journey and maintain a high level of service and long-term engagement;
Participation in specialized conferences and business communities, which includes: presenting the company and its investment products;
Interacting with the company's internal departments (marketing, analytics) to ensure high-quality customer service;
Analyzing customer feedback and adapting approaches to increase their satisfaction;
