Develop and implement product strategy and long-term vision; create and manage the product development roadmap
Define product development priorities, manage the backlog, and write requirement specifications
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to find the best solutions for the product and its users
Ensure the product is developed in line with customer needs, timelines, and budget constraints
Propose new products and features and present them to stakeholders
Lead the team and drive product development
Work closely with other product managers and business units

At least 3 years of experience working with software products (as a Product Owner or Product Manager) and their development
Experience working with software development teams
Experience leading a team and collaborating with various stakeholders
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Ability to create and develop product strategy
Understanding of the product development process
Strong business analysis skills
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results
Responsibility, organizational skills, proactiveness, and strong communication skills
Proficiency in English
