Better requires process discipline and simplification

As a Workforce Scheduler, you will be part of the Global Workforce Management team that is responsible for operational workload forecasting, staffing capacity planning and effective scheduling balancing between business needs, labor law and WU employee's satisfaction. You will also focus on delivering great customer experience and ensuring long-term company success in achieving organizational goals.

For such a pivotal role, we need you to have experience within a Workforce Scheduling/Forecasting environment or equivalent experience with data analysis or planning. We expect you to be proficient with MS Office tools, especially MS Excel. You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail. You are able to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders bringing strong interpersonal and communication skills to the table. Fluency in English is a must. If you have experience with Avaya CMS, NICE IEX, Genesys, or other Workforce management tools that would be treated as an advantage.

Annual base salary gross: 17,766 – 31,460 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
