Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
As Automation Controller, you are going to monitor and administrate the RPA production environment to ensure automated processes meet service level agreements and performance targets. You will configure and maintain virtual machines according to the requirements of automated processes and set up their execution based on operational needs. Leveraging your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, you will intervene in the case of incidents and process errors, resolve their root cause and provide recommendations on identified problems. Your insights are also going to be crucial feedback to the automation development squads, supporting their efforts to continuously improve existing processes.
For this role, you will need experience in technical support, IT operations or a comparable role and an educational background in a relevant technical field. You possess strong analytical and strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills. You are a team player who focuses on the results to contribute to the team's goals. Ideally, you will, besides knowledge in ITSM practices and tools, also have some basic awareness of RPA software like Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere. You will also be able to work some weekends and public holidays.

Annual base salary gross: 15,510 - 27,386 Eur
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
