Better requires process discipline and simplification

We'll be looking to you to support relationships with our Call Center Vendors as well as maintain related information, including, but not limited to, contract renewal and compliance. You will be responsible for providing reliable reporting, analysis, and insights to optimize Vendor performance. This will require communicating and presenting complex information to the management and influencing partners to deliver results through accurate data reporting and analytics. Part of your responsibilities will include effectively handling approvals and escalations from partners as well as assisting with various ad-hoc tasks and reports.
 

For this role, you will need to have proven experience working with data and analysis. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, bringing the ability to process and present data in a clear and concise manner. You have excellent English language, stakeholder management, and communication skills that help you to effectively lead discussions and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders. You are a problem-solver able to determine the root cause and come up with potential solutions. Time management is one of your strengths - you find it easy to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Annual base salary gross: 17,766 – 31,460 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
