JUNIOR CONSULTANT IN FORENSIC AND INTEGRITY SERVICES

Regulatory compliance and financial crime risks relating to anti-money laundering (AML), terrorist financing, anti-bribery controls, sanctions compliance and fraud are a high focus for regulated businesses and external scrutiny as regulation and practice continues to evolve. Currently, we are looking for a new team member who would like to grow in financial crime control and regulatory compliance areas. Your key responsibilities

• Assist your colleagues working with business stakeholders, fraud investigators, internal and external auditors, lawyers and regulatory authorities on projects related to regulatory compliance, including AML/CFT, GDPR, risk management, internal control systems (assessments, improvements, developments), as well as fraud investigations
• Support your team members in working with a large amount of data, structure & analyse it
• Perform an analysis of information in order to identify potential fraud risks or non-compliance with laws and regulations

To qualify for the role you must have

• University graduate or being the last year student in Law, Finance, Business or related area with a strong academic record
• Curiosity & motivation to grow as an expert in regulatory compliance and financial crime control area
• Analytical skills, great communication and teamwork skills, orientation to details, critical thinking
• Ability to act quickly and adapt to unforeseen circumstances or new developments
• Keeping up with Lithuanian & international business news
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English

Ideally, you’ll also have

Russian language would be an advantage

Salary: 1200 – 1600 EUR gross
