Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a result-oriented sales expert to open new markets. If you are self-disciplined, passionate about data, and hungry to grow and exceed all expectations, this is the role for you.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Articulate the value proposition of WiseTeam for management consulting companies in Benelux region.
• Schedule demo calls for sales executives.
• Execute outbound sales prospecting initiative.
• Collaborate with sales executives and CEO to ensure the company's goals and sales targets are met.

• At least 1 year experience of B2B lead generation B2B. Experience in SaaS is a huge plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills. Dutch language is a huge plus.
• A get-things-done attitude and a history of picking up the hardest challenges and refusing to fail in a fast-paced environment.
• You have the need to win and an ambition to boost revenue by conquering foreign markets.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email.
• Have a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and make new connections with prospects.
• Self-motivation and demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate.
