Better requires process discipline and simplification

We'll be looking to you to monitor, research and analyze card not present (CNP) transaction activity to identify developing fraud patterns and develop recommendations to address fraudulent activity. We'll want you to assess fraud impact and recommend risk decision rule changes to manage new fraud patterns while minimizing impact to good consumer transactions. As an analyst, you will be working closely with the manager, stakeholders, other Digital teams to share fraud patterns and mitigation tactics. Also, will be taking ownership of escalation and resolution of any issues preventing the team from efficient and timely monitoring.

For such a detail-driven role, you'll have a bachelor's degree, strong analytical, decision-making and communication skills, as well as working experience in analysis and reporting. You'll be comfortable with SQL/Hive query languages and have solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Git/Python or experience in CNP fraud would make you stand out.

Annual base salary gross: 17,765 - 31,460 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
