Better starts and ends with the customer

You'll be a part of Global Fraud Claims organization and be responsible for resolving fraud claims reported by Western Union customers. Your daily tasks will include data analysis and procedure-based decision making. The primary role will require managing written communication with customers or internal partners, and up to 10% of workload may need an outbound call to the customer. We'll look to you to ensure that excellent quality service is always delivered. Your role will be vital in ensuring that our processes and procedures are following the Western Union compliance policy.

Annual base salary gross: 10,891.00 – 18,670.00 EUR Annual

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include short term incentives, health insurance (several options to choose from), accident and life insurance, access to the best in class learning and development platforms, flexible work arrangement, to name just a few!
