Better requires process discipline and simplification
We'll be looking to you to lead US & Canada Stage 1 and Stage 2 Collections as well as Agent Fraud Mitigations Teams. You will be working in very dynamic markets and will have to maintain close and constructive relationships with regional business teams. As a supervisor, you'll oversee your team's performance, and provide training when necessary. You'll make a difference by ensuring the department is following best practices, policies, and procedures. Additionally, you'll be comfortable preparing regular reports and performing audits on various operations.
You'll be empowered to make instinctual and logical decisions with little or no supervision. You should be energized by a fast-paced work environment and excited at the opportunity to motivate your team. Other requirements include intermediate knowledge of excel, proven experience leading/managing a team, and the ability to speak English to a very good standard.

Annual base salary gross: 20,786 – 38,514 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
