MAIN DUTIES
• Receiving and processing purchase orders (B2B)
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
• Communicating with factories of the Group
• Making monthly forecasts
• Fulfilling the tasks appointed by the CEO
• Developing and improving the brand visibility
• Researching market trends and other relevant information for marketing plans development
• Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies
• Composing and posting online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
WE EXPECT THAT YOU
• Can call yourself an expert in Excel (and experienced user of all MS Office package)
• Have good English skills (not less than B2 level is required for daily communication with clients in Baltics and colleagues all over the world)
• Are well-organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
• Have a customer-oriented attitude, good communication, and problem-solving skills
