Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Plan and coordinate the work of the systems development team and partners;
• Be responsible for and implement the systems development plan;
• Analyze and improve the systems development process;
• Negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors and partners;
• Manage stakeholder expectations;
• Ensure the harmonious development of systems that meet changing business needs;
• Motivating and ensuring continuous personal development of your team members;
• Planning team workload;
• Providing feedback, handling issues and removing obstacles when needed.

We expect that You:

• At least 3-5 years' experience in managing software development projects;
• Proven experience in team management;
• Change management experience and knowledge of ITIL benefits;
• Responsibility;
• Quality-oriented mind set;
• Very good time planning skills.
