Better starts and ends with the customer

As a Senior Coordinator in the Customer Support team, you will be processing settlements and refunds, making sure that data for each case is entered accurately in our systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining valid supporting documents for all transactions. You will be expected to work on investigating issues, providing research, root cause analysis, and, ultimately, recommendations and resolutions. Communicating the outcome of your activities to our business partners and consumers around the world will be your daily duty.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • A good analytical and problem-solving mindset, with keen attention to details

  • Fluency in English

  • A positive attitude about working in a fast-paced, highly structured environment where meeting deadlines is essential

  • Preferably, have 1+ years' experience of working with documentation review, validation

Annual base salary gross: 10,891 – 18,671 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
