Better starts and ends with the customer
In this highly varied role, you will be the first line of defense researching and identifying solutions for technical issues, fulfilling service requests by providing first and second level support to Western Union employees and contractors around the world. If the issue needs additional assistance to resolve, then you'll escalate these and cooperate with various IT teams to find a solution.

Annual base salary gross: 12,566 – 21,543 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
