ROLE OVERVIEW:
To support Supply Chain department in Lithuania with administrational functions such as managing E-Purchasing system and Supplier Data Base, coordinating various supplier documents and agreements, as well as planning and managing supply of assigned consumable and office supply categories.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in similar admin function or other experience demonstrating ability to organize and perform various admin tasks (preferred);
• Organizational skills – ability to organize/prioritize own work and deliver results;
• Ability to learn and absorb information, define own work methodology;
• English language (ability to write and read standard business emails)
• Constructive and proactive attitude.
PREFERRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
• A higher education degree;
• Commercial awareness and desire to develop in manufacturing/trade industry;
• Knowledge of quality management standards.
