Responsibilities:
- Contribute to markets, investments and related product development and transaction
- Contribute to insurance product distribution
- Provide legal support to wealth management services
- Provide legal support to asset management company in respect of pensions and portfolio management
- Contribute to leasing product and process development
- Provide legal support in preparing the relevant leasing transaction documents
- Participate in pan-Baltic projects, work in pan-Baltic team
- Represent Luminor with cooperation partners, regulators and other organisations
Skills and Experience:
- Master's degree in Law
- Solid background and extensive experience (5+years) in banking and finance
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently, follow deadlines and effectively manage time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
- Full working proficiency of English and Lithuanian
