Currently we are looking for a PMO Intern to join our team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative support, meetings planning.
- Information archiving.
- Participation in ensuring the internal processes.
- Project planning, monitoring assistance.
- Tracking resource availability across projects.
- Reporting directly to the key account manager and distributing information throughout the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
- English speaking/writing skills.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills (oral/written/presentation).
- Orientation to details and accuracy.
