TEVA is one of the top 10 global pharmaceutical companies, operating in more than 60 countries and specializing in generic, branded and consumer health medicines, is further expanding activities in Lithuania and looking for Supply Chain Specialist.
Type of contract: fixed-term (for 2 years).
Monthly salary: 2300 EU gross
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate market Supply Chain planning activities to secure Teva product availability;
- Build and leverage relationships with suppliers and internal customers to ensure a high level of performance;
- Partner with manufacturing sites and Third party organization regarding replenishments and provide all necessary information related to orders;
- Develop and maintain reports; in collaboration with Center of Excellence perform business analytics to recognize forecasting trends and take appropriate actions to inform internal stakeholders as part of monthly S&OP process;
- Monitor and report demand actual versus previous forecasting and planning;
- Prepare data and presentations for the Demand Review meetings;
- Provide timely forecasts and orders to suppliers and ensure on time delivery and release for production;
- Collaborate with inventory manager regarding anticipated supply disruptions, forecast changes or other input which may affect inventory release decisions;
- Recommend opportunities to optimize inventories while maintaining customer service and quality;
- Support the Supply chain manager in developing processes, tools and best practices to drive supply chain excellence.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English language;
- Higher degree in Business Administration or Logistics and Supply Chain Management
2 years’ experience in Wholesale Business or Supply Chain (preferable in Pharmaceutical or FMSC sector); - Excellent Microsoft Excel skills paired with a strong analytical mindset;
- Your strengths are distinctive analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers and logical thinking, while you value working in detail as much as working in a team and developing new ideas.
