What you will do:
- Develop and drive company’s internal communication strategy to shape company’s image and values;
- Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders (Management, HR team, key users) to ensure an efficient spreading of information and knowledge within the company;
- Support teams and individual employees with their internal visibility, sharing, and interactions with the rest of the company;
- Produce original and engaging content to promote and share internal information and knowledge;
- Moderate and animate Oxylabs internal community and social networks;
- Plan, organize and attend community building events;
- Work with employees’ engagement and act as an employer ambassador inside the company.
What We Expect:
- Similar job experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment;
- Experience with digital content creation (blogging, newsletters, video, live streaming, photo, podcast);
- Great writing and content creating capabilities;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and collaboration skills;
- Experience with events planning;
- Wibe-fi personality;
- Excellent English language skills.
