Job description
- Active participation in daily duties of the finance department;
- Managing of all steps from initial documents, AP, AR till generating financial reports in accounting process;
- Reporting to Tax authorities in the areas of Intrastat and i. SAF;
- Be responsible for full accounting cycle of low activity entities inside the Group;
- Provision of required information to auditors;
- Back-up for Chief Accountant including month end closing and reporting to tax authorities;
- Presentation of reports and other information to management, including payment plans, weekly and monthly debt statements;
- Other work assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Requirements
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, taxes and other mandatory documentation requirements for bookkeeping and accounting;
- Knowledge of Business Accounting Standards;
- Good command of English language;
- Good MS Office skills (particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel);
- Knowledge of RIVILE and NAVISION and systems is mandatory;
- Experience in aviation sector would be considered as advantage.
