You will be responsible for:
- implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- supporting current and future business needs through the development and motivation of employees;
- monitoring and improving overall HR strategies, systems, procedures;
- building a positive working environment;
- assisting the Head of HR in overseeing and managing the performance management system and other projects;
- maintaining and improving the benefits program;
- providing decision support through HR metrics;
- managing employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues;
- ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management;
- coaching HR Team members.
From you we expect intrinsic motivation and:
- 3+ years experience as HR Manager or similar role, preferably in an international environment;
- people-oriented and result-driven;
- excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation;
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills;
- in-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices;
- excellent organisational and time-management skills;
- proven experience with Human Resources metrics;
- fluency in English, both verbal and written;
- coaching and mentoring experience would be an advantage.
