FINANCE MANAGER

• Finance degree or tech degree with MBA, CPA-equivalent is a plus;
• Experience in accounting and FP&A, preferably with banking or auditing experience;
• Having led a team for at least two years and experience in developing young professionals;
• Experience of introducing new processes / systems, functional transformation, or buildup of (Finance) team, preferably with clear accountability for the success of those as (sub-) project leader;
• IFRS and Lithuanian GAAP;
• Solid know how of at least one Finance system deployed by mid-size companies;
• English proficiency (written/verbal); German proficiency is a plus.

• Lead and develop Vilnius Finance team;
• Ensure deployment of introduced financial and management accounting procedures and associated internal controls incl. daily account reconciliations, weekly sales reporting, and monthly financial reporting;
• Enhance the new procedures and support the transition process with the team leaders, supporting them and the Finance mgmt. of Holding in TSY and risk mgmt. processes;
• Review and analyze financial reports, costs, trends, financial commitments and obligations;
• Create an engaged and team oriented work force in order to improve the results;
• Prepare different reports and statistics.
