The Finance Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end Financial Planning processes including Plan, Forecasting and R&O processes for Retail and Digital product offerings. They will coordinate with various Finance teams to ensure financial systems are structured correctly and loaded properly for Plans, Forecasts, and Estimates. They will also manage ongoing reporting cycles to ensure routine dissemination of business performance with the business partners. Focuses on continuous end-to-end process improvement for areas of accountability. They will also develop and refine financial models and analysis to support a changing business environment.

For this role, the Finance Manager will need 5 – 8 years of progressive experience in the field of Corporate Finance with experience in Revenue Forecasting and predictive analytics. They will need experience as a cross-functional contributor and experience with expanded supervisory responsibilities inherent in a team leadership role, including ensuring the success of others.

Annual base salary gross: 32,745 – 62,673 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
