DESCRIPTION:
Ruptela is looking for Senior marketing specialist (Team lead) to join our talented Marketing team.
We provide fleet management solutions based on GPS tracking and real-time vehicle monitoring and control. We develop and manufacture a full solution and provide it along with in-depth knowledge and support. This way, we help organizations worldwide to manage their property effectively, save resources, and the environment with a key focus on exceptional quality. Our Marketing team works in partnership with various departments across the entire organization and supports developing, producing, and delivering a high-quality communication. As our Senior marketing specialist (Team lead), you will be highly involved working with Sales, organizing customer events and manage visual identity of the company working closely with whole marketing team.
YOUR KEY ROLE WILL BE:
- Manage, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives and projects to drive brand awareness and generate leads;
- Manage marketing budget;
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), utilize insights to guide decisions and support future strategies;
- Work closely with the Sales Teams to maximize the value that our solution delivers to the customers;
- Find and deploy new channels to promote Ruptela and our products;
- Organize customer events (live conferences, digital events, webinars, etc.) to attract new leads and support existing customer loyalty;
- Organize & manage company participation in various industry exhibitions worldwide;
- Manage visual identity and organize all marketing collateral creation;
- Support sales and other departments with presentation visuals;
- Manage video production with external agencies.
WE EXPECT:
- Proven senior level experience (not less than 3 years) as marketing specialist or similar role, preferably with team leading experience;
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing);
- Hands on experience in events organization and execution (live and digital);
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.);
- High level design skills with Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS PowerPoint;
- Good planning skills, well-organized and detail oriented;
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent;
- Fluent Lithuanian and English languages (other languages are a plus).

The salary range for this position is 2480 - 3310 EUR (gross) per month. As Ruptela is an equal opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
