I am Danguolė Jankauskienė, Manager of Telia TV Operations team, and I am looking for Tech Lead to TV team in Vilnius. We are working with new technologies and our task is to ensure, that our customers are getting best TV service. It is fantastic opportunity to join us and to achieve goals together.

This position is in Telia Lietuva CPS division. Common Products and Services (CPS) is responsible for global products, networks, technologies and IT, enabling our business units across the Nordics and Baltics.

Your next challenge?

TV services is an exciting area. In this position you will be responsible to monitor and operate IT systems and infrastructure.

As Tech Lead you will be responsible for:

• Platform roadmap development and implementation

• HW inventory and lifecycle management;

• Platform support tooling selection and implementation;

• Platform documentation;

• CI/CD practice implementation

• Platform support optimization and improvement

• Leading various projects preparation, management and documentation

• Analyze systems/processes and initiate necessary improvements and changes

• Collaborate with other teams and solve complex issues

Your experience and skills:

• Experience supporting and working with high availability, scalable and distributed systems, micro-services

• Strong knowledge in system architecture principles

• Familiar with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes) and build automation frameworks (GitLab CI/CD)

• Strong background preferably in both Linux and Windows environments

• Knowledge on SQL databases, building queries

• Good knowledge of English language

• Your daily tools: Ansible, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus, Apache

• Administration and scripting (Bash, Python)
