DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEAD (JAVA)

“OnTarget Labs”, a new European Union division of “OnTarget” US-based company, is looking for a Java Developer to join the company for a full-time position.

OnTarget (www.ontarget-group.com) - is global outsourcing IT organization with head office located in Research Triangle Park Raleigh, NC, USA. The company was founded in 2010 and has several offices located around the world. OnTarget division Saint-Petersburg, Russia, was established over 10 years ago and employs 400+ IT professionals.

Our new European Union division in Riga, Latvia, was established in 2018 and offers a number of vacancies for IT professionals. Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• 6+ years of experience developing Java Web Applications;
• Excelent proven knowledge of Java SE/EE; collections, multithreading, design patterns;
• Experience with an MVC Java web application framework. Tapestry would be preferred but others would be fine as well (JSF, Struts, etc.);
• Experience with the following technologies: Spring, Hibernate, Eclipse, XML/XSD, Web Services;
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Angular, React, etc.);
• Proficient with SQL (MS SQL Server);
• Non-relational database experience (MongoDB) would be a plus
• Experience with GIT;
• Good English (both oral and written skills), able to communicate clearly and effectively with the customer directly;
• Russian would be a plus;
