Your responsibilities will include:
- By leading and developing the team of Area Managers, strive to maximise sales in the assigned region, take care of the optimisation of costs and minimisation of product losses and improve the effectiveness of operations
- Co-creating and implementing the local Sales strategy in order to attain general business objectives
- Tracking and verifying fulfilment of various objectives on the basis of multi-sectional analysis
- Ensuring region stores are compliant with company standards of operations and legal requirements
- Closely cooperating with store supporting units: Merchandising, Stock Control, OPS Support and HR
- Proposing improvement ideas, taking part or leading projects related to optimisation of fuctioning of departments and stores
If you have at least:
- Bachelor's degree in University
- Professional experience in Area Manager's or similar position (at least 1-3 years)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Passion for retail field
- Advanced decision-making, assessment and development, problem solving, planning and organizing and analytical skills
- Willingness to go on often business trips
