You will be responsible for:
- Correspondence management: distribution and registration/storage of incoming/outgoing documents and visa cards according to the institution's procedures;
- Administration of the company's internal documents;
- Office maintenance and administration;
- Business trip planning: search and purchase of hotels, airline tickets;
- Assistance to the manager and staff;
- Newbie board administration.
