Requirements for candidates

2+ years of SaaS, engineering, or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
Excellent sourcing skills, including use of Linkedin recruiter and alternative search techniques and tools
BA degree in engineering, business, human resources, or related discipline
Excellent communication skills in English both written & verbal are an absolute must
Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

Job description

Perform and improve the full life cycle recruiting process in PVcase - from sourcing to full on-boarding
Successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against timelines in Lithuania and internationally
Ensure that recruited candidates are an excellent organizational fit for the PVcase culture
Be THE HR for the department/team which is assigned to you
Work together with the rest of PVcase HR team to deliver, manage and improve and update current HR practices and policies: motivation system, onboarding process, salary system, performance management, etc.
