Better requires process discipline and simplification

You'll be joining our Business Analysis team within Robotics and Intelligent Automation department to execute business process automation initiatives. This includes gathering and documenting requirements related to automation opportunities while closely working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Agile development teams. You will also be performing automated process User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure process readiness for deployment. You will be expected to analyze existing automations to ensure the continued effectiveness of automated processes. 

For this role, you need to have experience with business process mapping, project planning, requirements definition, and testing. Experience with process automation and/or data analytics would make you stand out. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and you have proven yourself as a team player who is able to communicate effectively. Bachelor's degree in the Business or Information Technology field would be considered an advantage.

Annual base salary gross: 17,766 – 31,460 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
