Better requires process discipline and simplification

We'll be looking to you to provide financial and administrative services within the Accounts Payable department. This includes daily vendor profile set up, payments processing, and correction and inactivation. Utilizing your problem-solving skills, you'll answer queries from external and internal customers. You'll be responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting, and you'll make a difference by establishing and maintaining relationships with assigned business units.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • English required, written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree or working toward a degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, and deadline-driven environment
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Nice to have Italian knowledge

Annual salary range: 9 215 -15 799 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
