Our team is expanding and we are looking for a new team member in Loan Origination Team, Loan Processing Unit.
Loan Processing Unit is a part of the Operations Department. We are responsible for processing credit operations in timely manner and in highest quality. We reach out to create a positive experience for the customers each time we have a chance. At the same time, we develop our processes and tools in order to satisfy the needs of existing and future customers.

Responsibilities:
- Produce defined high-quality services efficiently and according to SLA on one or several products within functional area
- Execute tasks according to defined process descriptions
- Independently solve typical cases and daily issues of low to mid complexity
- Prepare credit agreements/amendments and related documents (for private clients) and book signed credit agreements/amendments into the system
- Contribute to improvement of work processes and improve customer service quality by proposing changes and suggesting ideas
- Assist other teams in troubleshooting/resolving tasks
Skills and experience:
- University, College degree in business, finance, mathematics or banking
- High responsibility, preciseness and accuracy
- Strong customer focus, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proactive work approach and fast learning ability
- Very good English and Lithuanian speaking and writing skills
- Interest in Loan area (knowledge in this area will be considered as advantage)
