We'll look to you to propose, develop, and implement marketing plans, policies and activities. You will research and develop strategic pricing activities and recommend sales channels. You will promote products and work with other business partners to deliver tangible business results, evaluate and implement new business partners for new products and analyze the impact of key initiatives. You will also make recommendations for improvement activities like pricing adjustments, banding, acquisition, retention, and work on objectives and business impact. You‘ll be responsible for the customer life cycle communication development for web and app channels globally. To be successful you will collaborate across teams and functions, troubleshooting support, and escalation as needed. You will administer and monitor daily program builds, contact uploads (and reports) from the CRM database to the marketing automation system. You will create and implement new digital marketing strategies to increase client engagement and retention, extend the client life cycle, verticals, and channels – including A/B tests (test & learn scenarios).

To succeed in this role, you must have a university degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in Digital content or campaign development and implementation (web/ app) as well as experience in developing and executing marketing strategies. You must also have a proven track record in project management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The ability to multi-task within a dynamic environment, experience in budget management is expected. You also need to have experience in working with web analytics tools and running A/B testing. Fluency in the English language (verbal and written) is essential as well as strong communication skills. The ability to interpret data commercially, manage complex cross-functional projects and be comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders is also needed.

The annual gross base salary range is 32,744 – 62,672 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
