If this describes you, then join a new emerging Transaction Monitoring Quality Control team which will include more then 10 people responsible for quality control.

As senior quality control analyst you will be working with 4 different processes: Transaction monitoring, Markets monitoring, Trade surveillance and Corespondent banking transaction monitoring.

You will focus on day-to-day quality control in Transaction Monitoring by providing daily checks and feedback on the go to individual employees and functions, improving process based on findings from quality control activities.

*Depending on your skills, knowledge, and experience, you may be offered different seniority of the role.

Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in AML field (experience in monitoring and/or trade surveillance field would be considered as an advantage)
  • Experience in identifying possible areas for improvements
  • Experience in communicating successfully across the organization
  • Good skills in providing feedback and collaborating with colleagues
  • Analytical mindset and attention to details
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Higher education

Mission

  • Provide daily checking for accomplished cases and their quality
  • Deliver regular feedback to colleagues
  • Optimize the use of the quality and monitoring tools and ensure improvements of the quality reports
  • Ensure close cooperation between Quality Control team, it’s stakeholders and other relevant departments in regards to quality management
  • Ensure constant improvement of process based on finance and quality control
  • Provide regular reporting to the management and stakeholders on related area
  • Provide trainings for new colleagues
